Teledyne Technologies Incorporated announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Xena Networks ApS. Xena Networks, headquartered outside of Copenhagen, Denmark, is a pioneering provider of high-speed Terabit Ethernet validation, quality assurance, and production test solutions.
