Cortech Developments has announced full integration between its Datalog MV Comprehensive CCTV Management System and Hanwha Techwin’s video management system - Wisenet WAVE.

Wisenet WAVE

Wisenet WAVE allows users to create IP video surveillance solutions tailored to any type of project, usable by anyone and on any device.

It is simple to set up and use, yet a reliable VMS. Whether it’s a software installation, server configuration, recording setup, layout creation, or sharing of the system with WAVE Sync, everything is designed with simplicity in mind.

Datalog MV

The integration means that operators can instantly verify events and alarms received into Datalog

Datalog MV operates with the latest version of Datalog which provides local and remote site monitoring and control of building, fire, security, and energy systems and significantly enhances the ability of operators to manage video surveillance systems that may be part of an integrated security solution.

The integration between the products means that operators can instantly verify events and alarms received into Datalog, with the live or recorded images captured by Hanwha Techwin’s cameras.

One central platform

Removing the need for multiple systems, the integration into Datalog allows users to not only have the ability to control PTZ cameras but they are also able to react to events all from one central platform.

Jason Blundell, Head of Sales and Marketing for Cortech Developments, comments on the integration, “The Wisenet Wave video platform from Hanwha is a great addition to our portfolio of products that Datalog can integrate to.”

NDAA compliance and AI

We can offer end-users even greater peace of mind in knowing they are benefiting from an integrated solution"

This integration not only makes it easier for operators to validate events and alarms but means we can offer end-users even greater peace of mind in knowing they are benefiting from an integrated solution that offers them a very high level of protection.”

He concludes, “Working with Hanwha also provides our users and other partners with increased benefits and reassurance regarding NDAA compliance and AI technology.”

Cybersecurity

Uri Guterman, Head of Product & Marketing for Hanwha Techwin Europe, added, “The National Defence Authorization Act 2019 (NDAA) is increasingly becoming a requirement in mission-critical and high-security infrastructure applications."

"Datalog has proved to be an ideal solution for these types of projects and we are therefore very pleased to have the opportunity to work with Cortech to ensure our mutual customers achieve the requisite standards regarding the highest levels of cybersecurity.”
