The situation
Located in Turkey, the project Sur Yapı Lavender is creating a new living space that will be worth the name of the city, in the most preferred and prestigious district of Anatolian Side, Sancaktepe. Its constructor Sur Yapı stands out as a group of companies engaged in product development, turnkey contracting, development of office and shopping mall projects, housing estate management, housing estate second-hand management, and shopping mall leasing and management, starting from the project phase. Since the launch of operations in 1992, Sur Yapı has successfully implemented many prestigious projects and become a pioneer in the industry with over 7.5 million square metres of work completed.
An apartment intercom system allows entry to a visitor to a building. A visitor can come up to the entry system at the main building entrance, select an entry and call a tenant. This sends a buzzer signal to the resident inside the apartment. The resident can pick up a video call using a video intercom monitor or mobile app. They can communicate with the visitor, and then release the door remotely. The solution
The house blocks of Lavender are offering three main concepts, targeting different needs. Lake blocks are composed of five and six-storey blocks adjacent to the pond. These blocks, which will be the favourite of extended families with 3+1 and 4+1 apartments, are planned with balconies extending over the pond. These apartments, offering various perspectives to their residents in Lavender, are ideal for families with kids. Different and functional solutions of various sizes are offered both for families and investors.

DNAKE intercom devices are installed all over the apartments to upgrade the communication system. 4.3” Facial Recognition Android Door Phones are installed at the main entrance, empowering tenants to unlock the door with intelligent authentications including facial recognition, PIN Code, IC card, etc.
When there is a visitor, the tenants are able to receive visitor calls, visually confirm a visitor’s identity before granting property access, and release the door by an indoor monitor or Smart Life APP from anywhere.
