Joanne Herman has been appointed Marketing Manager for the Security Solution division of Samsung Techwin Europe Ltd.
Previously Marketing Proposition Manager for the Finance sector at MISCO Systemax, one of the UK’s leading IT hardware, software and service providers, Joanne is looking forward to driving forward Samsung Techwin's marketing strategy. "I am very excited to have this opportunity to join a highly successful team that has positioned Samsung Techwin at the forefront of the European market. There is further potential for change and growth this year as we consolidate and strengthen our position in the marketplace, building on this success. Joanne, who will report to Peter Ainsworth, Head of Product and Marketing for Samsung Techwin Europe Ltd continues: “It’s an especially exciting time with IFSEC International 2014 taking place in just a few weeks' time as this will provide the perfect platform to introduce installers, systems integrators and end-users, to our latest generation of open platform plug & play network-based video surveillance solutions which I strongly believe will ‘change the face of IP’ within the industry."
