In the most recent technology upgrade at the start of 2013, a new Geutebruck IP video system was installed

The L’Oréal operation in Germany employs 2,000 people and includes a modern factory producing skin and hair care products as well as a large logistics centre from which it distributes to the German and Austrian markets. For several decades now these Karlsruhe sites have been secured with the aid of Geutebruck video solutions.  In the most recent technology upgrade at the start of 2013, a new Geutebruck IP video system was installed.

As the new Geutebruck products were still compatible with the earlier analogue systems, much of the existing infrastructure could be incorporated into the new solution. This cost-effective approach included for example, new HD cameras being mounted on existing external lighting masts, with the old twisted-pair telephone cabling being used for data transmission. For this project expert advice, system design and specialist project implementation were all provided by euromicron solutions GmbH Geutebruck’s local sales partner.
