NVT Phybridge announces a restructuring of its global sales team. Effective immediately, Richard Kasslack will transition from Vice President of North American Sales to Vice President of Sales and Corporate Development, replacing Steven Fair who has left the company to pursue new challenges.

Additionally, Julian Kennedy has been promoted from Healthcare, Retail, and Hospitality Vertical Lead to North American Sales Manager.

Richard Kasslack joined NVT Phybridge in 2009 and has been instrumental in developing North American sales strategies, mentoring his teams, and increasing revenues. Mr. Kasslack has a unique ability to communicate information to both technical and non-technical audiences, helping them understand the full value of NVT Phybridge solutions.

Strategic planning process

Overseeing sales

Julian will oversee North American Regional Sales Managers and work closely with Technical Consultant team

Julian Kennedy has been with the organisation for over nine years and is well-practiced in managing partner relationships and consulting on large-scale end-user IoT deployments. As North American Sales Manager, Julian will oversee the North American Regional Sales Managers and work closely with the Technical Consultant team to effectively execute sales efforts.

I have spent the last nine years working closely with partners, doing tradeshows, and ensuring our customers experience a smooth and effective digital transformation,” said Julian Kennedy. “I am excited to use my knowledge to improve the team and help even more customers adopt IoT capabilities.”
