Mobotix has a significant increase in sales as well as the EBIT margin as compared to the previous years.

Mobotix has achieved 37% sales growth in the first nine months of fiscal year 2010/11

MOBOTIX AG, system provider of high-resolution and network-based video security systems, announces the Group's financial results (the IFRS financial statements) for the first nine months of fiscal year 2010/11 (July 1 to March 31, 2011). Both sales growth and the EBIT margin significantly increased compared to the same period in the previous year. Total sales increased 37% to €51.4 million (previous year: €37.5 million) in the first nine months.

EBITDA of €14.8 million translated into an EBITDA margin of 27%. EBIT increased by 78% to €12.7 million (previous year: €7.1 million) and the Group EBIT margin is now 23% (previous year: 18.7%). Net income after taxes climbed 81% from €4.8 million to €8.7 million. Accordingly, earnings per share improved by approximately 82% to €1.97 (previous year: €1.08).

The Management Board of MOBOTIX AG will present all results of the first nine months of 2010/11 in a teleconference on May 16, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. (Central European time, CET).
