They currently protect over fifteen thousand apartment building residents through powerful and user-friendly safety management software and monitored protection service that helps apartment management boards and residents create a community approach to safety.

The sfty smoke, fire, and water leak alarm uses radio wireless, and cloud-based technology to communicate fire and water leak warnings between apartment units and communal areas.
The sfty sensor monitors and alerts to fire, smoke, temperature and humidity conditions, and since 2020 Resideo's water leak detectors have been connected to the sfty platform to alert to water leaks. The sfty service ultimately delivers on Resideo's mission to protect what matters most for its customers, the safety of individuals, their families, their homes, and their communities.
