Nanodems Corporation has announced the successful integration of its technology interface with LenelS2, a prominent name in access control systems.
This development allows the Nanodems Integration Server to connect seamlessly with the LenelS2 OnGuard® access control system, facilitating centralised security operations, real-time notifications, and AI-powered automation.
Seamless event management
The new interface enables users to manage LenelS2 OnGuard events directly via NDIS, Nanodems’ AI-driven PSIM software. This capability allows security teams to promptly receive real-time alerts for events such as access granted, access denied, and door forced open, among others. These events are immediately displayed on GIS-based interactive maps or monitoring screens, promoting instantaneous situational awareness.
Furthermore, Nanodems’ integration with the LenelS2 OnGuard system allows for centralised management of all access authorisations, including person and badge data. This functionality simplifies identity management and fosters seamless coordination across multiple locations.
Enhanced video integration
The system links access controls to live video for instant footage during alertsIn addition, the system allows users to link access control points with live video feeds, thereby enabling instant retrieval of relevant camera footage when an alert is initiated. This feature assists operators in visually verifying potential threats and responding swiftly by converting disparate data into actionable insights.
Coupled with Nanodems' AI functionalities such as people counting and area monitoring, this integration enhances both perimeter and area security levels.
