Training APEX Awards programme
The Training APEX Awards programme ranks companies by assessing a range of qualitative and quantitative factors, including financial investment in employee development, scope of development programmes, how closely development efforts are linked to business goals and objectives, and their effectiveness in terms of behaviour change and business impact.
