Nice's SmartTouch 720: High-security gate solution

Nice, a pioneer in Home and Building Management solutions and perimeter protection, announced the launch of the SmartTouch™ 720 controller by HySecurity as a new control board option for the SlideDriver™ II hydraulic gate operator.

Now compatible with all models of the SlideDriver II, customers have the flexibility to choose between the SmartTouch 720 or the SmartTouch 725 controller and can seamlessly retrofit their SlideDriver II with their preferred selection.

Designed for high-security applications where wired or wireless connectivity is deemed too great of a security risk, the SmartTouch 720 controller provides robust, stand-alone functionality. With no Bluetooth or ethernet capabilities, SmartTouch 720 minimises the risk of electronic tampering by ensuring complete isolation from external networks. Customers still get full access to SlideDriver II features through an embedded user interface, using programming buttons and a 36-character display.
