VIVOTEK CM48 Series infrared illuminators

The VIVOTEK CM48 Series provides infrared illumination for security surveillance, combining a 24-LED array with an 850 nm wavelength. Five models offer horizontal beam coverage from 10° to 180°, allowing installers to match illumination to the required viewing area. Specified distances range from 40 m for the 180° model to 250 m for the narrow-beam CM48I8-1040.

Circular, elliptical and rectangular beam patterns provide options for different coverage requirements. A light sensor switches infrared illumination automatically, while selectable thresholds from 1 to 100 lux allow adjustment to site conditions. Infrared output can be set between 20% and 100% through a CaMate remote controller or RS-485 control.

External IR on/off input and day/night switching output enable coordinated operation.
IP68 and IK10 casing ratings address environmental protection and impact resistance.
Operating temperature range of -40°C to +60°C accommodates demanding conditions.
12–24 V DC or 24 V AC power input, with maximum consumption of 48 W.
U-type mounting bracket and CMA-E01 remote controller included.
