Skills for Security is set to participate in the debut of the Security Event Asia, underscoring its dedication to cultivating a skilled and capable workforce within the security sector via apprenticeships, technical qualifications, and ongoing professional education.
Occupying Stand 1525, the organisation plans to demonstrate both practical and digital methodologies aimed at attracting new talent, enhancing current staff skills, and adapting to evolving technologies and client demands.
Advancing technical expertise
Through collaboration with employers, partners, training providers, and industry bodies, Skills for Security prioritises equipping security professionals with the ideal combination of technical expertise and practical competence. The goal is to ensure training is accessible, relevant, and adaptable for all career stages.

This digital tool aims to support individuals in building rewarding, enduring careers in security A highlight of the stand will be Skills On-Demand, a digital training platform that offers short, flexible courses available online. This platform enables employers to provide accredited and industry-specific learning that meets business needs, while offering employees a convenient method to keep their skills current.
This digital tool complements Skills for Security's broader mission to champion lifelong learning and continuous professional development within the industry. Through a blend of digital modules, classroom interactions, and on-the-job evaluations, it aims to support individuals in building rewarding, enduring careers in security.
