PSA, the systems integrator consortium, announces the hiring of Allen Riggs as its new Chief Financial Officer. Riggs comes to PSA with over 20 years’ executive and management experience and most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of The Synergy Company, a manufacturer of nutritional supplements.
“Allen is an excellent addition to PSA’s leadership team and has already made an impact in the short time he has been here,” said Matt Barnette, CEO of PSA. “He immediately dove in to assist us in strategic planning and will play a large role in meeting our aggressive financial targets as PSA continues to expand.”
Senior financial roles
In addition to his time at The Synergy Company, Riggs held senior financial roles for the global cleaning equipment manufacturer, Alfred Karcher, as well as VSMPO-Tirus. He previously worked in the fire & safety industry, specifically with SimplexGrinnell, a subsidiary of Tyco, and brings experience from the manufacturing, transportation, distribution, and service industries to PSA.

I look forward to playing a role in the organisation’s growth.” Riggs replaced longtime PSA CFO, Steve King, upon his retirement in early September.
