ISC West 2009 was the first year ComNet exhibited. We were a brand-new company, having come to market in 2008. We promoted hard in advance, and the reception and interest were off the charts. The market was looking for an innovative transmission products company, and we met the need.
Q: What strategies do you use to get the most out of exhibiting at ISC West?
We emphasise advance promotion, internal invitations, and, in general, networking.
Q: How do you quantify your success at ISC West? What ROI do you receive from the show?
Our philosophy has always been to achieve top-of-mind awareness when the need arises. We want to create a favorable impression on prospects and be there when the need arises. We try to meet and capture as many potential buyers as possible and market to them over the long term.
Q: What sets ISC West apart from other trade shows on the calendar?
It’s the first major show of the year and gives us a stage to show the innovation that ComNet is known for. It’s also the only place you can gather over 30,000 visitors who have interest in the solutions security manufacturers offer.
