Taylor brings over 20 years of experience in the built environment, encompassing building services design, energy management, carbon management, retrofit, and building optimisation.
Taylor’s particular areas of expertise include mechanical services design, building controls, smart buildings, energy surveys and optimisation of existing buildings, retrofit, building operation and maintenance, and net zero strategy.
He will work with specialist authors across the range of BSRIA guides, from design through to construction, commissioning, handover, and ongoing maintenance.
