About Chief PR

The appointment of Chief PR is the latest addition to the BeCyberSure team that has recently recruited Kevin Smith and Tim Watts OBE as Senior Advisors. Chief PR is based on the South Coast and represents security-focused organisations and associations including Authlogics, EEMA, Qognify and TDSi it is also an event partner of the Information Security Solutions Europe (ISSE) conference.

Placing cyber security on the SME agenda

Marketing Director of BeCyberSure, Carolyn Harrison, states, “Increasingly SMEs are being targeted as the weak link in the supply chain. Whilst new regulation such as GDPR does not distinguish between small and large organisations.” Harrison continues, “SME business leaders often do not understand the threats and ramifications of not having proportionate security, assuming that it is an IT issue. Working with Chief PR we will help to place cyber security on the agenda of those most able to make a difference.”

Director of Chief PR, Graham Thatcher, adds, “Chief PR has been representing physical and IT security businesses for many years and unanimously, at the heart of all great security are well-informed people, adhering to the policies and processes, helped by the right technology.” Thatcher adds, “We are excited to be working with BeCyberSure, to help SMEs understand how to reduce their risk, by adopting realistic counter-measures.”
