As a bank, protecting your integrity and reputation by complying with local laws, regulations and ethics is vital, but doesn’t need to be complex. The Nedap AEOS security management platform will help you enforce procedures such as Chinese walls to prevent conflicts of interest between departments. And it will simplify compliance with regulations such as Sarbanes-Oxley. You’ll have a range of smart AEOS functionality to hand, from Anti-Pass, Back to Chief First, Response To Action, Rule Engine and Workflow. So you can easily manage risks and control the flow of people and information at all your locations around the world.

Reduce security complexities

Thanks to regulatory and internal changes, there’ll no doubt be constant adjustments to rules and procedures at your bank. Which makes managing risk all the more complicated for you? AEOS Anti-Pass Back helps by allowing you to easily control the flow of people on your sites. It goes beyond standard anti-pass back systems. So not only can you regulate who’s authorised to enter certain rooms, you can manage the flow of people into multiple zones, buildings and locations, anywhere in the world. And if someone tries to override your access rules, your security manager will be notified immediately.

Save time and ensure accuracy

From employees to visitors, cleaning crews, security guards and contractors – there’ll be a regular stream of different types of people entering your building each day. And it’s up to you to control their varying access rights. AEOS makes this easy.

For each type of person, you create a risk profile. AEOS Authorisation Management then allows you to give each profile its own rules using authorisation templates. You can give profiles temporary authorisations if need be, and you can combine authorisation templates if similar groups of people need the same access rights. To minimise the risk of human error, AEOS Rule Engine ensures all your rules are automated. AEOS Rule Engine also automates authorisation updates. As banks usually have several locations with many people moving between them, keeping authorisations up-to-date is essential but very time consuming to do manually. AEOS Rule Engine does it automatically in response to any relevant modification, so authorisations are always up to- date in all of your locations, anywhere in the world.

Keep desks clear and costs down

Like many banks, you may have a clear desk policy to help minimise the risk of classified or sensitive information being seen by the wrong people. AEOS Locker Management makes this easy for your employees, and you. Employees can use their access card to open lockers, so there are no keys to lose. And you can either assign lockers to individual people for longer periods or your employees can use them dynamically.

Dynamic locker management enables you to use your workspace more efficiently. You don’t need one locker per person; employees just use any locker that’s free when they need it. So you need fewer lockers overall, which saves space and costs. Also, you can place your lockers anywhere you like – there’s no need to have one by each desk. And employees’ access cards can be used to open laptop cases, mailboxes, filing cabinets and more, as well as lockers.

AEOS for all your security needs

Whatever your companies particular security requirements, AEOS will enable you to meet them. Whether you need access control, intrusion detection, video management, locker management or a combination of these functions, you manage everything via software on one platform. And with more than 150 software components to choose from, you can quickly and easily install security functionality whenever, wherever and however you need it.
