VIVOTEK, a global IP surveillance provider, and Cathexis, a South African based leading electronic and software systems development, and manufacturing company, recently announced a partnership in technology and integration. Both companies have worked closely and allocated resources into the integration of the latest H.265/HEVC solution, which delivers significant value to mutual customers and expand their project scalability in the South Africa and Middle East markets.
