After over 23 years of outstanding service to the security industry in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and many other regions, it is time for Inner Range’s Concept system to retire.

The Concept product range will enter into the End Of Life status from April 2nd 2019 (EOL Date). After this EOL date, Inner Range will continue to sell the Concept range while existing stocks last, however manufacturing of additional stock will cease.

Integriti System

The successor to the Concept system is Inner Range’s highly acclaimed Integriti System and in this notice, customer would know how you can service, support and cost-effectively transition any Concept site to the even more advanced platform of Integriti.

Here is what customers need to know:

Inner Range are fully committed to supporting existing Concept products and will be offering technical support, spare parts and repairs for a reasonable period of time from the EOL date. This is expected (but not guaranteed) to be approximately five years based on historical data, and whilst access to electrical components and resources are reasonably available to us at commercially viable rates.

Major compatibility of Integriti with Concept system

If customers find that their Concept system needs to be expanded or needs to support more modern features, Inner Range has a very affordable migration path to the latest Integriti system.

Upgrading to Integriti can be done at a fraction of the cost of installing an entirely new system - this is because 95% of the existing Concept equipment is already compatible with Integriti, so there is no need to replace most of existing Concept components.
