After a year marked by strategic acquisitions and technological advancements, dormakaba North America is set to feature its enhanced access control suite at the International Security Conference and Exposition (ISC) West 2026 in Las Vegas, scheduled from March 23 to 27.
The company aims to demonstrate its new products and services developed to nurture customer operations in demanding environments, including healthcare, airports, and data centres.
Showcasing customer-led solutions
At its booth, #20007, dormakaba will display how its recent investments enable clients to confidently deploy, manage, and scale access control systems. This initiative is backed by Chief Innovation Officer David Fuller, who drives dormakaba’s innovation strategy and adapts emerging technologies to serve the North American market.

Strategic investments and partnerships

Since the previous year’s conference, dormakaba has bolstered its role in high-security and essential infrastructure sectors through selected investments. Notably, it became a strategic investor in SwiftConnect, a move that enhances its global access solutions offering. SwiftConnect is set to display its connected access network platform and integration solutions at the Sage Security Experience Centre during ISC West.
The acquisition of Avant-Garde Systems in December 2025 was a strategic step to improve dormakaba’s ability to deliver scalable secured entrance solutions, fulfilling increasing customer demand for partners who guarantee correct system implementation and maintenance. Avant-Garde will present their offerings at booth #35061. Additionally, a venture investment was made in RealSense, an innovator in AI-driven computer vision, to develop next-gen intelligent access control solutions, with RealSense exhibiting at booth #20137.
Innovations and demonstrations
In a bid to expand its presence in the data centre market, dormakaba acquired TANlock in July 2025, targeting U.S. construction and retrofit projects. TANlock rack locks will be highlighted at dormakaba booth #20007. Moreover, a technology investment in Safetrust in February 2025 has propelled dormakaba’s focus on secure identity and access solutions, and Safetrust will showcase its offerings at booth #L6.

The event will also see the release of the dormakaba EasyAssist™ swing door operator, facilitating barrier-free access through its easy installation via the dormakaba mobile app. Attendees can also witness demonstrations of the dormakaba E-Plex™ 7900 electronic lock with new platform integrations, and the latest Argus Air XS innovation, aimed at enhancing operations in the aviation sector with advanced sensor technology and biometrics readiness.
Educational contributions
Beyond the exhibition, dormakaba’s experts are slated to contribute to the ISC West educational agenda. Yazmina Rawji, Relationship Manager, will engage in the panel discussion, "Diversity Without Divisiveness: The New Allyship," on March 23, tackling allyship and transformation in the workplace. Additionally, Erin Wilson, Learning Strategist – Influencers, will lead a session titled "Door Security & Access Control: Managing Risk at Critical Entry Points" on March 25, addressing vulnerabilities and defences at critical facility entry points.

Most recently, dormakaba became a strategic investor in SwiftConnect. The company, its connected access network platform, and end-to-end custom integration solutions are an ideal complement to dormakaba's global access solutions business. SwiftConnect will exhibit at the Sage Security Experience Centre at ISC West.
