Dedicated Micros - part of AD Group - has announced a number of key warranty initiatives to support its Dennard 2060 outdoor dome - from a 6 Months ‘No Quibble' Exchange scheme to a 4 Year Advanced Replacement service for installers - underlining its commitment to customer satisfaction and support for the best selling precision CCTV camera.
Customers of Dedicated Micros who have purchased any 2060 dome camera from 1 September 2007 will now be able to take advantage of an industry-leading 6 Months 'No Quibble' Exchange scheme - operated through the company's UK distribution partners - which means that, should they be dissatisfied with their purchase within 6 months, Dedicated Micros will automatically replace the unit with a brand new dome.
Purchasers of 2060 domes will also be eligible for a 4 Year (48 months) Extended Warranty scheme, which, crucially, doubles the previous warranty provided by Dedicated Micros for the 2060.
In addition, support for the 2060 range has been extended to include a 4 Year Advanced Replacement option. In practice this means that, in the unlikely event that an installed unit develops a fault, UK customers simply have to contact the DM Service Centre who will supply a replacement dome in advance of receipt of the faulty unit. Significantly, this allows installers to swap the existing dome with a replacement in one site visit - saving time and expense.
