eSuite 2.0 allows customers to view data, including open/close schedules and reports

Protection 1, the leading, premier, full-service business and home security company in the U.S., recently announced the introduction of eSuite 2.0, its next generation account management tool complete with new key features for use with mobile devices. eSuite is Protection 1’s alarm data analytics and reporting software package that allows customers to view data, including open/close schedules and reports, details of alarm tests, incidents and alarms, change open/close schedules or request a service call.

New features of eSuite 2.0 include:

  • New graphical interface for intuitive viewing and use
  • Mobile design and application for secure ease of use from mobile devices
  • The ability to place a burglar alarm system on test and remove from test online
  • An activity dashboard that allows users to view critical site activity in a summary activity map or trending graph, by user defined time periods.

Dashboard graphics include:

  • Police dispatch
  • Fire dispatch
  • Service calls
  • Open/Close exceptions
  • Communication failure
  • Failed test timer

With eSuite 2.0 Mobile, end-users can now also perform commonly requested functions on-the-go, directly from their mobile phone or tablet:

  • View and edit site contacts
  • Place site burglar alarm panels on test and remove them from test
  • Create temporary site schedules
