Dahua Wireless Alarm Hub 2

Product Profile

Dahua Technology has introduced the DHI-ARC3800H-FW2 Wireless Alarm Hub 2, designed to manage wireless alarm devices and issue alerts for events such as unauthorised entry, opened windows, broken glass, fires and water leaks.

The hub supports 32 areas and up to 150 wired and wireless peripherals, including keyfobs, keypads, sirens, repeaters, PIR cameras and expansion modules. It also supports up to eight IP cameras for alarm video verification.

Ethernet, Wi-Fi and 4G connectivity provide multi-network redundancy, while wireless communication includes two-way transmission, frequency hopping, AES-128 encryption and a range of up to 1,400 metres in open space.

Alerts can be sent through the DMSS or DoLynk Care app, SMS, telephone calls or an alarm receiving centre. The system supports video linkage, cloud updates, remote peripheral updates, offline alarm storage and up to 5,000 log entries.

A built-in 4,750 mAh rechargeable lithium battery provides up to 12 hours of standby operation under the conditions stated in the datasheet. The hub supports wall-mounted or desktop installation and is CE certified.
