MOBOTIX has worked with ECA to provide highly valued training workshops on IP based CCTV
Upcoming seminars provide specifiers and end users with an opportunity to learn more about the advantages of using high-resolution video solutions using an innovative distributed architecture.

MOBOTIX AG, a leading manufacturer of digital high-resolution, network-based video security systems has announced that they have been invited to take part in forthcoming business mornings aimed at clients and specifiers which is being run by the Electrical Contractors' Association in the Central South.

Founded in 1901, the Electrical Contractors' Association (ECA) is the UK's leading trade body representing the interests of contractors who design, install, inspect, test and maintain electrical and electronic equipment and services. The 3,000 registered members collectively have an annual turnover of more than £5 billion, employ over 30,000 operatives and support 8,000 apprentices in craft training.

"We have worked a great deal with the ECA over the past 18 months providing highly valued training workshops on IP based CCTV across the design, implementation and upgrade process" comments Mike Lewis, Business Development Director UK and Ireland for MOBOTIX, "As the industry moves to embrace digital systems, we will continue to support ECA membership with our training workshops."

"It is as a result of the excellent workshops and ongoing relationship that we have with MOBOTIX that we have invited them to give a presentation at our forthcoming Business Morning designed specifically for those that either have responsibility for specification or indeed are client end users," explains Tony Parish - ECA General Manager South Regions. Other topics that will also be covered during the seminars include the Amendments to BS7671, reducing false alarms in fire alarms, energy saving solutions and pre fabricated wiring systems.

The half day business seminars designed exclusively for clients will take place on:
30th November in Bournemouth at the Hamworthy Sports & Social Club, Canford Magna
7th December in Southampton at the Hilton Hotel.

The events are free to attend and further details can be obtained by contacting Dawn Hill on 01635 237679 or dawn.hill@eca.co.uk.
