Richard Paillière joined Genetec in 2013 and has held a variety of strategic human resources roles before moving into his current position as Vice President, Human Resources &Talent Management. In this role he is responsible for leading a team focused on directing and overseeing global HR functions.  Richard is an accomplished HR veteran with over 15 years of professional experience gained from previous positions in the gaming and telecom industries.
