System Surveyor has announced the public Beta launch of its AI Notetaker feature, an enhancement to its site survey and system design platform.
This new tool is engineered for security integrators and technology managers, aiming to streamline project documentation. By capturing discussions, observations, requirements, and design notes during planning meetings, the AI Notetaker transforms these into a preliminary statement of work or a summarised set of notes, which can be integrated with system design and proposals.

The AI Notetaker is part of the System Surveyor's comprehensive platform designed for digital site survey and collaborative design.
This allows integrators to import floor plans, position devices, make informed technology decisions, capture site photographs, and generate professional system documentation within a unified environment.

Co-founder and CEO of System Surveyor, Chris Hugman, emphasised the importance of accurate documentation during site surveys, remarking, "Site surveys are the critical first step to a successful project. Capturing accurate notes, site photos and device locations while talking with a customer can be very challenging."
He added that the Beta release of the AI Notetaker is aimed at assisting integrators in documenting real-time discussions. The company continues to gather user feedback for feature improvements.
