Teledyne Technologies Incorporated has appointed Michelle Hildyard as general manager for the Raymarine and FLIR Marine brands. In her new position, Hildyard will oversee Teledyne's marine electronics operations and the FLIR marine thermal camera portfolio, highlighting the company’s dedication to innovation and customer-focused strategy within the leisure marine, light commercial, and first responder sectors.
With over 20 years of experience at Raymarine and FLIR, Hildyard has held numerous senior leadership positions, encompassing operations, product management, customer service, and supply chain. Her previous role was vice president of operations for Raymarine and FLIR Marine, where she managed supply chain, engineering, and operational execution.

Her priorities include enhancing product innovation, improving operational performance, and implementing integrated solutions that bolster safety, situational awareness, and enjoyment on the water.

Hildyard’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Reading and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southampton Business School.
