Evolv Technologies Holdings, Inc., a company focused on AI-driven security solutions, has announced the multi-year renewal of its subscription agreement for hardware and software with TD Garden, a prominent arena in Boston, Massachusetts. This renewal enhances the presence of Evolv Technology in the Boston market and introduces Evolv eXpedite™ bag scanners, further supporting security measures at the venue.
TD Garden, which accommodates over 19,000 seats and serves as a venue for the NHL's Boston Bruins and NBA's Boston Celtics, among other events, reaffirms its commitment to safety through the implementation of advanced security technology.
Advanced sensor technology enhancements
The renewed agreement, extending a partnership that began in 2024, includes the upgrade of Evolv Express® concealed weapons screening systems to the newer Gen2 hardware. These systems utilise sophisticated sensor technology combined with AI to detect concealed threats efficiently. As people pass through checkpoints, the technology identifies potential threats while allowing individuals to maintain their natural walking pace, thus minimising congestion and entry-point disruptions.
Under this new agreement, all access points at TD Garden are equipped with Evolv Express units paired with the new Evolv eXpedite™ bag screening systems, which are already operational and enhancing security measures at the arena.
