Everon, a prominent security integrator known for its comprehensive commercial security, video, fire, and life safety solutions, has unveiled a strategic expansion of its regional framework in the U.S. following its ranking as the third-largest security company by SDM Magazine.

This expansion includes the establishment of a new region and the appointment of seasoned senior leaders, aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and improving the customer experience.

The restructuring divides Everon's operations into four distinct regions: Central / Gulf, East, North / West, and Pacific. This approach is designed to provide focused leadership and foster cooperation among teams, ultimately enhancing service and installation delivery. Everon aims to strengthen its partnership value with clients by refining its role as a provider and integrator.

Enhanced regional structure

"With this enhanced regional structure, we’re empowering our leaders and teams to be closer to our customers, make decisions faster, and deliver the high-quality service Everon is known for," remarked Mike McWilliams, President and Chief Operating Officer of Everon.

He added that welcoming accomplished leaders would propel their mission of achieving exceptional service standards, further strengthening internal and external partnerships, promoting accountability, and spurring growth.

Appointment of regional leaders

To foster nationwide success, Everon has appointed the following industry veterans as regional leaders:

  • Kwame Williams, Sr. Vice President, Central / Gulf Region: With nearly 25 years of experience, Williams has consistently achieved outstanding results. Previously serving as Sr. Vice President for Everon's Central region, his role now expands to include the Gulf region.
  • Tondria Lopeztello, Sr. Vice President, Pacific Region: Lopeztello brings 32 years of expertise in sales, operations, and National Accounts. For seven years, she excellently managed the Los Angeles district, Everon’s largest market, and earned accolades for service quality.
  • Jim Hampton, Sr. Vice President, East Region: With 27 years of experience and leadership achievements, Hampton previously oversaw Everon’s Alabama, Georgia, and Carolinas offices, consistently securing high service rankings. He also has a distinguished 30-year career in the U.S. Air Force.
  • Brian Willis, Sr. Vice President, North / West Region: Willis has over 25 years of sales and operations leadership experience with a successful track record at Red Hawk Fire & Security, ADT Commercial, and Everon. He recently served as Vice President/General Manager for Northern California.

McWilliams expressed, "This move reinforces Everon’s unwavering commitment to being the most trusted partner in security and life safety solutions. By investing in customer-facing teams, processes, and resources we are poised to deliver faster, more intuitive, and more personalised service – helping customers protect what matters most while setting the standard for excellence in the industry."
