BSIA Director, David Evans, (left) welcomes the ATCM's Development Director, Martin Blackwell, to the BSIA
The Association of Town Centre Management (ATCM) has become an Affiliated Organisation of the British Security Industry Association (BSIA), ensuring the two organisations can benefit from the expertise of each other's members and share best practice.

Security, and particularly business crime, is an important issue for town centre managers and the affiliation will ensure that the managers are kept up to speed with the latest guidance from the security industry.

BSIA Director, David Evans, comments: "I am delighted to welcome the ATCM into membership. We are very like-minded organisations and I'm sure that there is much to be gained for both parties by developing networking opportunities and providing ATCM members with the latest news and best practice from the security industry."

Martin Blackwell, ATCM's Development Director, says: "The ATCM is extremely pleased to be developing closer ties with the private security industry through BSIA membership. I look forward to working closely with the Association on partnership projects such as the ATCM's new Business Crime Initiative."
