Matrix ETERNITY is a range of feature-rich Hotel Phone Systems, designed to meet the communication needs of small to large hotels from 20 to 1500 rooms. ETERNITY IP-PBXs have built-in Property Managmanet Support -PMS and Call Accounting -CAS integration, connectivity with POTS, T1, PRI, GSM and VoIP for streamlining the routine hotel operations. It also incorporates Android and iPhone based Mobile Softphones for mobility and contains CNR interface with HF/VHF/UHF Radio network which enables hotel staff to communicate between PBX and radio network seamlessly and offer increased staff mobility and productivity.
Matrix has launched the SATATYA HVR (Hybrid Video Recorders), a single solution supporting IP for enhanced security and analogue for bandwidth optimisation. It also comes with a Centralised Management Software (CMS) which enables the owners to manage multiple property locations simultaneously. Moreover, the mobile application SATATYA SIGHT permits them to view the property remotely during travel.
