These capabilities allow for automatic adjustments to expected switching times and support the implementation of predictive maintenance strategies, effectively preventing unexpected equipment downtimes and maintaining consistent quality standards.
Versatile and Durable
Designed to withstand challenging conditions, the IP67-rated module features six digital outputs with readable status indicators and six digital inputs. The digital channels are configurable in pairs to execute gate measurements at a resolution of 100 microseconds directly on the module. Gate measurements can be activated by positive or negative signal edges.
The module also includes an analogue input with customisable filter settings. Its digital outputs are safeguarded against overload and short-circuits, ensuring reliability. Connectivity to the machine's network is established via POWERLINK, making it versatile and efficient for various industrial applications.
