Adoption rates reflect a growing preference for digital solutions, with nearly 30% of guests at Resorts World Las Vegas opting for digital keys last month, and 80% adding a digital key upon check-in.
This trend not only facilitates more seamless, contactless experiences but also offers environmental benefits by cutting down on the use of paper and plastic materials.
