Wendi Walsh

Wendi brings more than 20 years of Organizational Development, Security Consulting, and Program and Project Management experience to her role as a Principal Consultant with the Enterprise Security Risk Group (eSRG) at Aronson Security Group (ASG). Prior to joining ASG, Wendi was involved in a variety of firms focused on the organizational, technology and security aspects of homeland security, critical infrastructure and technology programs. This included initiatives domestically and abroad. As a Principal Consultant with eSRG, Wendi will be focused on facilitating and leading discussions that enable organizations to embrace and embed the change process into the overall goal. By doing this, organizations create and sustain more capacity and capability that will influence their path to value. Wendi has a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and an MA degree in Organizational Development. She is a guest lecturer at the University of Washington on the topic of facility security with an eye toward security unification.
