Prior to joining Gallagher, she spent nine years working for a high-tech manufacturing company in California, before returning to New Zealand where she has been involved with innovative and award-winning tech companies. She is also an elected member on the New Zealand AI Forum Executive Council and a ministerial advisor on the Digital Council for Aotearoa New Zealand.
