Patrick Shannon is senior vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) of Allegion. As CFO, Patrick sets Allegion’s financial strategy, plans and policies. He also provides counsel on the accounting, audit, financial analysis, investor relations, tax and treasury functions to the executive leadership team and the Board of Directors.  Previously, Patrick was vice president and treasurer for Ingersoll Rand, a post he held from August 2012 until Allegion became an independent, standalone company in December 2013. Prior to this role, he was vice president for audit services, and earlier was vice president of finance and information technology, for Trane Commercial Systems.
