Michael O’Neal

Mr. O’Neal joined Nortek as President of Nortek Security & Control (formerly Linear) in 2011. Prior to joining Nortek, Mr. O’Neal was president of North American operations for Gibson Guitar, and was earlier CEO of several high-tech electronics corporations including Phillips Accessories and Peripherals and Gemini Industries. Mr. O’Neal has served as a management consultant to governments, businesses and not-for-profit organisations, helping them pursue strategic changes and new market opportunities. Mr. O’Neal holds a B.A. and M.A. in Political Science from The State University of New Jersey, New Brunswick, NJ.
