John Stroia

John Stroia is Chief Operating Officer at The Will-Burt Company, a leader in telescopic masts, contract manufacturing and security solutions. John Stroia is a Chairman of the Board of Directors, SIA. Prior to joining Will-Burt in March of 2012, Stroia spent 21 years with Diebold as vice president of corporate development. Stroia was recognised as its 2009 Chairperson of the Year for his service to the industry as one of the organisation's committee chairs. In addition, he serves on the board of the Security Industry Alarm Coalition (SIAC). He is a member of ASIS. Throughout his career at Diebold, Stroia held numerous leadership positions in both self-service and security, including leadership of Diebold's award-winning alarm monitoring center and the government security business. He also held leadership roles in marketing, product management, sales, consulting and business development. Stroia earned a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, from West Virginia University in Morgantown, W.V. During his undergraduate studies, he was an academic and football All-American. He later earned his master's degree in business administration from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.?
