Dr. Liu Ruopeng is distinguished scientist and innovator and one of the five founders of Kuang-Chi, a Chinese group that operates and invests in several high technology industries, including aerospace, communications, smart cities and materials science.  Dr. Liu Ruopeng holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Duke University.
