He is responsible for providing leadership and vision to the team which designs and develops the company's product strategy, to ensure Mediaflex and i-mediaflex continue to meet the dynamic requirements of digital and media asset management solutions for broadcast, media and archive organisations. He also oversees the day-to-day operation of the APAC office. Carlton has over 30 years’ technical experience in communications and media, managing complex projects and multi skilled technical teams.
