Zenitel has launched Zenitel Cloud Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM), an innovative enhancement to Zenitel Connect Pro, designed to streamline the oversight and maintenance of the company's communication systems. This cloud-based advancement is targeted at simplifying the lifecycle management of Zenitel's solutions, particularly in onshore, multi-site operational environments.
With a growing dependency on connected communication infrastructure for ensuring safety, security, and business continuity, the need for remote system monitoring and maintenance is becoming paramount. Zenitel Cloud RMM expands the capabilities of Zenitel Connect Pro by introducing cloud-based management features, allowing organisations to ensure more robust operational performance while trimming down on upkeep expenses and reducing potential operational delays.
