The Police Academy of Hessen organised in September 2019 an in-depth Security training which covers many security topics including intruder alarm systems, intrusion detection, CCTV, police respond etc. The Academy approached our OPTEX team responsible for Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH region) and asked if they could provide a seminar on sensing technologies, intrusion detection systems and best practice to install them.

Over 70 security consultants and installers attended the seminar presented by the company’s colleague Johannes Faber, Pre-sales Engineer. The feedback received by the Police Academy was very positive and OPTEX is looking forward to future collaboration.
