Intercity's managed Security Operations Centre (SOC) offers round-the-clock protection throughout the year, utilising Security Incident Event Management (SIEM) and Extended Detection and Response (XDR) to maintain secure identities and access protocols.

The company's security defences are bolstered by the Microsoft Security stack, featuring tools like Microsoft Sentinel for real-time threat detection and reporting and Microsoft Defender for XDR to manage and isolate cyber incidents effectively.
