DoorBird is set to expand its portfolio with the introduction of two new IP video indoor stations, models A1103 and A1104, which will be showcased at the Light + Building event in Frankfurt this March.
The Berlin-based firm, known for its IP door communication solutions, initially unveiled a range of new innovations in January and now adds these robust indoor stations to its offerings.
Indoor Station features
Both the A1103 and A1104 stations feature a 7-inch true-colour touch display crafted from durable, scratch-resistant tempered glass. They support HD video and two-way audio, making them a reliable choice for residential, commercial, and public spaces.
Additionally, the stations incorporate a configurable RGB LED status bar that alerts users to visitors and missed calls. With versatile mounting options, these stations can be seamlessly integrated into diverse interior designs.
Design and functionality
Compatibility with smart locks and the DoorBird IP Video Mini Dome camera enhances their functionalityThe A1103 is available in a selection of finishes including black, white, and a striking white with a black frame. It includes a touch bar for easy access to functions such as Talk, Door Open, Favourites, and Mute. In contrast, the A1104 is designed for those with a penchant for elegance, featuring a black housing accented with brushed or coated stainless steel.
Both models have earned accolades for their design, notably receiving the German Design Award.
Advanced smart features
Among the key features of these indoor stations are door opener and elevator control, a visitor history, room-to-room communication capabilities, and SIP support for communications from concierges or facility managers. They also display weather information, support home and building automation control via IP, TCP, and HTTPS, and allow worldwide configuration through the DoorBird app and web-based dashboard. Compatibility with smart locks and the DoorBird IP Video Mini Dome camera enhances their functionality.
The new IP video indoor stations are scheduled to be available in April 2026, providing security professionals and planners with cutting-edge options for secure and efficient door communication systems.
