Idesco Oy has completed the acquisition of Exilight, expanding its product portfolio to include safety and emergency lighting solutions.
The acquisition, effective from 1 January 2026, will see Exilight products retain their branding under the Idesco umbrella, providing a broader range of security solutions to their clientele.

Exilight, established in 2003, is a renowned name in the field of safety and emergency lighting, particularly in Finland. Known for its comprehensive range of lighting solutions, Exilight designs and manufactures its products domestically, ensuring high-quality standards.
The extensive product lineup includes guide and exit luminaires, self-contained self-testing luminaires, safety luminaires for challenging installations, and emergency lighting centres for monitoring purposes. Notably, all Exilight employees will continue their roles at the Pirkkala office under Idesco's management.
