Genetec Inc. has introduced the Genetec Cloudrunner™ Mobile app, designed to enhance the capabilities of its Cloudrunner vehicle investigation system for security and law enforcement specialists.
This new app enables faster access to crucial vehicle data and alerts while on the go, supporting professionals in the field with immediate access to pertinent information.
Advanced vehicle data analysis
The Cloudrunner system, equipped with automatic licence plate recognition (ALPR) and sophisticated analytics, organises and processes vehicle data to produce actionable insights. This data is securely stored and managed in the cloud, allowing authorised personnel to search, filter, and connect relevant information to aid investigations.

The mobile app provides real-time push notifications for personalised hotlist alerts, ensuring investigators can respond swiftly to critical information while in the field or during investigations. When not on duty, notifications can be paused, with any recent activity stored in the app’s alerts tab for later review.
