Evolv Technologies Holdings, Inc., a company specialising in AI-driven security solutions, has announced the appointment of Mr. Robert E. Marshall, Jr. as Chief Revenue Officer, starting February 3, 2025.
In his new role, Mr. Marshall will oversee the global sales and service divisions, with a primary objective of enhancing the company's revenue growth. Previously, Mr. Marshall held key executive roles at Mobile Communications America (MCA), a provider of wireless communication solutions that improve workplace safety and efficiency.
Extensive experience in sales leadership
Before joining MCA in 2021, Mr. Marshall dedicated over two decades to Motorola Solutions, where he occupied several executive sales leadership positions.

These included Vice President of Global Sales for Video Security and Analytics, Vice President of Channel Sales for Asia Pacific, and Vice President of the Southeast Region. His career at Motorola involved increasing responsibilities across sales to federal, state, and local governments. At Evolv Technologies, Mr. Marshall will report to Mr. John Kedzierski, the company's President and CEO.

Organisational changes
