Detection Technology’s X-Panel series offers various panel size options, engineered for demanding environments. These detectors feature extensive area imaging, fine resolution, low noise, and exceptional pixel uniformity. They suit inline, at-line, and offline inspection systems and accommodate a diverse range of battery formats, including cylindrical, pouch, button, and power winding configurations.

X-ray imaging solutions

Wei Chunlin, Sales Director at Detection Technology, stated, “With our IGZO and a-Si detector technologies, we aim to provide manufacturers with application-optimised and scalable solutions for battery inspection.” These detectors offer consistent, high-speed imaging performance and are backed by around-the-clock customer support.

Tuomas Holma, Product Director at Detection Technology, added, “Our solutions enable early detection of even the smallest internal defects while maintaining inspection accuracy at high production speeds. Detection Technology plans to present its advanced battery inspection solutions at the China International Battery Fair (CIBF) in Shenzhen, China, from 13-15 May 2026.
