Galaxy Control Systems has recently completed its first certified dealer training programme in Dubai for its reseller partners in the region. Year over year growth in regional sales and demand for training were the impetus for the launch of the local five-day factory course, which was filled to capacity with participants from companies in the region based in UAE, Oman and Qatar.
“The Dubai training session is an important event for us as it signals our growth and presence in the region,” said Rick Caruthers, Executive Vice President, Galaxy Control Systems. “We will continue training and supporting our dealers in this area to help them cultivate new business opportunities.”
Certification training is a free service for authorised Galaxy reseller partners and is taught by Galaxy’s technical team. The course covers interactive instruction on installation, maintenance, programming and overall project management of System Galaxy installations. Each student has access to a workstation and 600 series hardware during the hands-on learning programme. Upon successful completion of the programme, participants are certified to implement a System Galaxy solution.
